A: If you have a phone case, make sure to first remove the case. Based on the diagram below tap the IBIY patch to the "Reader Location" for your particular phone model.

Note: If after doing this, the reader still does not work. Send it to [insert address] and we will replace it and code it so that the lineage thread can continue on... for free.

Q: What do I do if I lose my bracelet?

A: At this time we do not have the ability to replace bracelets with the same coding. The only thing you can do is hope that the person who finds it truly needs it. And you can feel free to order more right here! (hyper linked "right here)
