The Culture Shift Tour
explained
The IBIY team developed the The Culture Shift Tour as a way to amplify our mission in K-12 schools. The Culture Shift Tour provides key resources to our youth, and addresses critical challenges like mental health, resilience, and leadership. Through transformative assemblies, hands-on workshops, community events and the IBIY bracelet program, the tour reshapes school cultures and empowers the students and their educators.
What does your
sponsorship provide?
1. inspiring assembly & keynote
High-energy keynotes that resonate with students and staff, sparking positive change. We deliver an inspiring keynote that highlights real student-created ideas and solutions from schools across the country. He touches on critical topics like mental health, overcoming adversity, discovering your purpose, and overcoming the fear of failure.
2. Student Leadership Workshop
After the keynote, we hosts a breakout session with hand-selected student leaders. These students will brainstorm challenges and solutions specific to their school, creating a movement that’s truly their own. They’re not just participants—they’re the architects of change.
3. Faculty Breakout Session
Jared then takes the students' ideas to a staff session, where he works with teachers and administrators to turn these concepts into a practical, step-by-step plan. Together, they develop actionable solutions that will have a lasting impact on the school’s culture
4. Post-Event Support
After the in-person event, Jared and his team don’t just walk away. They provide schools with a full action plan—a detailed, step-by-step guide on how to implement the student-driven movements created during the program. IBIY's team also offers virtual follow-up meetings with staff and students to provide ongoing support, ensuring that the movement continues to grow and evolve.
5. The IBIY Bracelet Initiative
Every Culture Shift Tour also includes the launch of the IBIY (I Believe in You) bracelet initiative, fostering a measurable ripple effect of kindness and empowerment across the school:
Sharing Stories: Students attach personal messages and stories of encouragement to bracelets, fostering a culture of empathy and understanding.
Paying It Forward: Bracelets are passed from one person to another—students, teachers, family members—extending kindness beyond the school walls.

I Believe In You (IBIY) is a global movement with a mission to create a ripple effect of kindness across the globe through our sharable, tech enabled bracelets. Each I believe in you bracelet is designed to be worn, until you're inspired to pass it on. The IBIY app tracks each bracelet’s journey, capturing stories of kindness and providing real-time stats and notifications of its impact.

In 2017, our Founder Braxton Kilgo handed out “I Believe in You” stickers to 1,200 middle school students, encouraging them to pay it forward. The movement went viral in that community, transforming the school’s culture completely.
Inspired by this, Braxton created IBIY bracelets that were designed to be worn until you're inspired to pass it on to spread belief and kindness with others. From the first launch back in 2017, IBIY sold 16,000 bracelets to every state in the US and 11 different countries within an 8 months period.
The stories of brightened days, empowered dreams, and lives saved have shown the life-changing potential of kindness that have led us to where we are today.
